SCOPE OF WORK

Station 25, a 125-unit luxury condominium with four-story building that futures private parking, semi-private elevators, designer finishes and a common terrace overlooking downtown Dedham and a golf course. The two- and three-bedroom residences range from 1,969 to 2,843 square feet and cost from $350k to $650k. The amenities includes a party room leading to an expansive outdoor terrace, a home theater, a median lounge, and a fitness center that connect directly to a multi –purpose gym, featuring a full court gym spanning 27 feet in height. Triangle Construction, SC, provided architectural and development services, while AEL team member served as Construction/Resident Engineer. Also AEL team member served as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager, and was responsible for the overall coordination of the MEP systems in a 125-unit condominium project.
